COVID-19 Update

Starting from Thursday 6th August, Harmony Eye Care will be open for emergency care only. This includes:

  •  Sudden changes to your vision, or loss of vision
  •  Red eye, or pain or discomfort in your eye
  •  Flashes or floaters in your vision
  •  Concern you may have an eye infection or something in your eye
  •  Essential workers experiencing vision and/or eye problems
  •  Eye test to replace broken or lost spectacles if it is difficult to function normally without them
  •  Being referred by another healthcare practitioner
  •  Anxiety or distress about your eye health and/or vision
  •  Contact lens complications.

We ask for you to be responsible and not come to Harmony Eye Care unless it is for one or more of the reasons stated above. If you have an upcoming appointment and you are unsure about coming in, please call or email us.

 

If you have any spectacle jobs or need to purchase contact lenses, please call or email us ahead of time so that we can discuss ways to receive your order in a safe manner. This includes contact-less deliveries via AusPost.

If you are experiencing symptoms, please get tested and STAY AT HOME. Stay safe and healthy.

Do you have any symptoms of acute respiratory infection such as breathing difficulty, cough, sore throat, runny nose & loss of sense of smell or taste?

Have you had recent contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

Have you arrived in Australia from overseas in the last 14 days?

Have you travelled to regional Victoria in the last 14 days?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to get tested and self-isolate. You should delay booking an appointment for at least 14 days. Call us to reschedule your appointment at (03) 94294974
